Job Summary

A company is looking for a Professional Services Engineer to engage customers in a consultative capacity and provide specialized expertise around contact center products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers to manage expectations and satisfaction while configuring products based on best practices
  • Serve as a project manager overseeing the end-to-end system life cycle development of projects
  • Supervise junior staff and subcontracted personnel during project life cycles
Required Qualifications
  • BS/BA in a technical or business field or equivalent work experience required
  • MBA preferred
  • 4+ years of professional experience beyond education requirements
  • Specialization in implementation, business optimization, education & enablement, or engineering services
  • Desired personal profile includes being analytical, inquisitive, service-oriented, and an early adopter
