Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver technical components of post-sales services engagements, including integrations and custom implementations
• Support complex AI deployments and leverage AI tools for project delivery
• Collaborate with sales and solution architects to secure technical wins with key accounts

Required Qualifications

• Experience in post-sales SaaS implementation or customer success with enterprise customers
• Skills in web development (React) and scripting (Python, JavaScript, etc.)
• Familiarity with AI tools or eagerness to learn new technologies
• Strong consultative and customer-facing skills with a track record of successful technical projects
• Collaborative team player with experience in project delivery environments
