Professional Services Engineer
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Professional Services Engineer to deploy and optimize enterprise security solutions for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and deliver professional services for GravityZone deployments to enterprise customers
- Guide customers through the implementation lifecycle, including installation and integration
- Develop project documentation and collaborate with client stakeholders on technical solutions
Required Qualifications
- Administration skills in Microsoft Windows Server (2008-2025) and Windows Desktop (7, 8, 10, 11)
- Hands-on experience with Linux/Unix server installation and maintenance
- Foundational knowledge of networking (TCP/IP protocols and architectures)
- Experience with server and desktop virtualization using modern hypervisors
- Familiarity with virtual infrastructure design and management
