Professional Services Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Professional Services Engineer to deploy and optimize enterprise security solutions for customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and deliver professional services for deploying GravityZone to enterprise customers
• Guide customers through the implementation lifecycle, including installation and integration
• Develop project documentation and collaborate with client stakeholders to ensure successful deployments

Required Qualifications

• Solid administration skills in Microsoft Windows Server and Windows Desktop environments
• Hands-on experience with Linux/Unix server installation and maintenance
• Foundational knowledge of networking (TCP/IP protocols and architectures)
• Experience with server and desktop virtualization using modern hypervisors
• Familiarity with virtual infrastructure design and management
