Professional Services Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing customer base in Latin America, the full-time Professional Services Engineer will provide expert guidance on DNS infrastructure design, implementation, and troubleshooting while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide expert guidance through network design, implementation, deployment, monitoring, and migration services
• Handle troubleshooting, incident management, and resolution of customer support tickets
• Collaborate with internal teams and customers to drive product evolution and improve services

Required qualifications:

• Several years of hands-on Level 3 support experience or strong system engineering expertise
• Deep understanding of DNS functions and deployments across various environments
• Experience with technologies such as Ansible, Helm, Linux, Kubernetes, AWS, and GCP
• Fluency in English is required; Spanish fluency is strongly preferred
• Proactive mindset with a collaborative, team-oriented approach
