Professional Services Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a Professional Services Engineer in the EST time zone, this full-time remote position will manage client engagements by translating technical requirements into effective solutions, leading implementations, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful deployment of BigID's discovery tools.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with client stakeholders to align technical requirements with business objectives
• Plan and lead implementation engagements while configuring products to meet client environments
• Identify root causes of deployment issues and collaborate with teams to drive resolution

Required qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role, preferably in product implementation
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes deployments
• Proficient in one or more databases, such as MongoDB or Microsoft SQL Server
• Experience with major cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
• Programming or scripting proficiency in Java or Python
