Job Summary
Working remotely in the MST or PST time zones, the full-time Professional Services Engineer II will serve as a technical authority on Tines platforms, guiding customers in scoping, designing, building, and deploying automation solutions tailored to their needs.
Key responsibilities
- Shape the Professional Services organization by developing processes and procedures for automation projects
- Scope and build automation Stories and workflows based on customer requirements, while identifying potential blockers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client implementations meet success criteria and enhance customer productivity
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in delivering Professional Services and implementing automation solutions
- Strong customer-facing skills with experience in a consultancy role
- Proficient in interpreting API documentation and applying various API authentication methods
- General understanding of LLMs, agents, and automation models
- Ability to translate platform capabilities into customer-specific use cases
