Professional Services Leader

Job Summary

Managing a team of professionals, the remote Professional Services Leader will oversee software implementation projects, coach team members, and maintain customer relationships to ensure timely project delivery and revenue targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Professional Services team by managing daily work, priorities, and performance
• Deliver successful customer projects by managing software deployment, configuration, and training from kickoff to completion
• Strengthen customer relationships and identify additional professional services opportunities to enhance customer outcomes

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of direct people leadership experience
• 3+ years of experience in project management, account management, customer service, or sales
• Experience managing software deployment or implementation projects
• Strong understanding of project management processes and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• A college or university degree is strongly preferred
