Job Summary
To support a growing software implementation team, the remote Professional Services Leader will manage project delivery, coach team members, and strengthen customer relationships while ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the Professional Services team's daily work, priorities, and performance
- Oversee multiple software deployment and training projects from kickoff to completion
- Build trusted relationships with customers to identify additional service opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of direct people leadership experience
- 3+ years of experience in project management, account management, customer service, or sales
- Experience managing software deployment or implementation projects
- Strong understanding of project management processes, including scope and timelines
- Ability to travel as required, with a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
