Key Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor the Professional Services team, ensuring accountability and teamwork
• Oversee client engagement, handling escalations and maintaining strong client relationships
• Ensure timely and quality delivery of projects while identifying areas for process improvement

Required Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree or diploma in IT, Engineering, Business, or a related field
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a leadership role within IT Professional Services
• Proven experience managing high-performing technical teams
• Familiarity with IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, and enterprise networking
• Industry certifications (ITIL, PMP, CISSP, Fortinet, Microsoft) are preferred
