Job Summary

A company is looking for a Professional Services Manager to join their Professional Services team.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of project managers, enhancing their skills and professional growth
• Manage medium and large projects, ensuring they meet department and company standards
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate their needs into functional solutions within the system

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership experience in managing teams effectively
• Background in HMIS, homeless services Continuum of Care, or human services systems
• Proven project management experience, including schedule creation and progress tracking
• Expertise in two or more domains such as Clarity Human Services, Coordinated Entry, or HUD requirements
• Experience in customer software implementation and data quality improvement
