Professional Services Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Client Services who will lead a team of Project Managers in delivering implementation projects for enterprise and SMB customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Project Managers for Day 1 implementation projects
• Ensure successful delivery of all assigned projects, managing project health, risks, and customer satisfaction
• Drive operational improvements and manage forecasting, capacity planning, and PM utilization

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in Professional Services with 3+ years managing delivery teams
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Experience in SaaS, enterprise software, or CCaaS environments
• Strong understanding of contact center technologies and system integration
• Proven leadership in customer-facing project delivery organizations
