Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Professional Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Co-own a multi-million-dollar book of business, ensuring high-quality delivery and long-term client satisfaction
• Lead cross-functional teams to align resources, unblock work, and maintain delivery excellence
• Coach Implementation Managers and execute consistent project management across all projects

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Project/Program Management, Client Success, or technical delivery roles
• Strong track record of leading technical, cross-functional client programs
• Proven experience managing or developing Project/Implementation Managers or similar roles
• Demonstrated ability to manage workflows, timelines, resources, and priorities across multiple projects
• Familiarity with marketing technology and experience with project management tools is beneficial
