Job Summary

Leading a remote project management team, the full-time Professional Services Manager will oversee the delivery of software solutions to clients in the Long-Term and Post-Acute Care markets, focusing on quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction while driving process transformation and AI adoption.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the team to ensure successful delivery of all service engagements with high quality and customer satisfaction
  • Manage project risk and client escalations, enforcing best practices and driving strong delivery outcomes
  • Drive process transformation initiatives and champion AI adoption to improve productivity and decision-making
Required Qualifications
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience (preferred)
  • Demonstrated management experience in an enterprise software environment (preferably SaaS)
  • Experience managing a remote team, including recruiting and performance management
  • Strong operational management and project management skills
  • Proven experience leading transformation initiatives, including process redesign
