Job Summary
Leading a remote project management team, the full-time Professional Services Manager will oversee the delivery of software solutions to clients in the Long-Term and Post-Acute Care markets, focusing on quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction while driving process transformation and AI adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the team to ensure successful delivery of all service engagements with high quality and customer satisfaction
- Manage project risk and client escalations, enforcing best practices and driving strong delivery outcomes
- Drive process transformation initiatives and champion AI adoption to improve productivity and decision-making
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience (preferred)
- Demonstrated management experience in an enterprise software environment (preferably SaaS)
- Experience managing a remote team, including recruiting and performance management
- Strong operational management and project management skills
- Proven experience leading transformation initiatives, including process redesign
