Job Summary
Managing multiple projects remotely, the full-time Professional Services Manager will oversee execution quality, timelines, and customer satisfaction while balancing people leadership and operational oversight.
Key responsibilities
- Manages delivery across multiple concurrent projects, anticipating dependencies and implementing risk mitigation strategies
- Leads consistent execution of standard service offerings, ensuring documentation quality and adherence to delivery standards
- Owns resolution of customer escalations by coordinating resources and implementing corrective actions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field preferred; equivalent experience acceptable
- Experience in Software Professional Services leadership, project management, or client-facing software implementation
- Working knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and delivery tracking methodologies
- Strong stakeholder communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships
- Experience managing projects governed by a statement of work and professional services back-end administration
