Job Summary

To support a growing FinTech SaaS company, the remote Professional Services Manager will manage customer onboarding, advocate for client needs, and ensure successful implementation of services while coordinating with internal and external teams.

Key responsibilities
  • Track and manage all aspects of customer implementations, including key tasks and timelines
  • Serve as a technical resource, answering integration questions and diagnosing issues for customers
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to ensure project success and address concerns promptly
Required qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in SaaS technical project management, sales engineering, or implementation management
  • Hands-on technical fluency with the ability to diagnose integration and transaction-level issues
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong project management skills with a focus on anticipating customer needs and managing dependencies
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset
