Job Summary

Leading a team of skilled Project Managers, the full-time Manager, Professional Services will oversee project delivery, establish best practices, and ensure high-quality customer outcomes in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee project delivery to ensure consistent execution and positive customer outcomes
• Provide leadership and support to Project Managers during client interactions and complex delivery scenarios
• Identify and lead process improvement initiatives related to workflows and delivery standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• At least five years of experience in a related field, with one to two years in a leadership role
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Effective time and resource management skills in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills to foster a high-performing team
