Professional Services Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of Project Managers and Business Analysts, the hybrid Professional Services Manager will oversee strategic government client implementations while ensuring operational excellence and serving as an escalation point for delivery issues.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team within the Payments vertical while managing a personal portfolio of client implementations
• Drive delivery consistency by establishing team-level standards for project artifacts and facilitating client-facing sessions
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve delivery risks and monitor portfolio health, surfacing concerns to VP leadership proactively

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role
• Experience leading end-to-end government or enterprise client implementations in a SaaS or technology services environment
• Strong technical aptitude with proficiency in Excel, SharePoint, Jira, and Smartsheet
• Excellent communication skills with experience in client escalation and C-suite interactions
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule in Alpharetta, GA, or remotely with occasional travel if outside the Atlanta area
