Job Summary
Professional Services Operations Manager is a full-time remote position responsible for driving operational excellence across the services organization, ensuring efficient scalability, profitability, and high-quality customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead services forecasting and capacity planning to align resource supply with customer demand
- Drive resource utilization and margin optimization, identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements
- Manage billing operations and escalations, ensuring timely invoicing and resolution of disputes
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Professional Services, Operations, or related roles
- Strong understanding of services business models, including utilization and revenue recognition
- Proven experience in forecasting, capacity planning, and operational process improvement
- Advanced analytical skills with experience in building models and dashboards
