Job Summary

Professional Services Operations Manager is a full-time remote position responsible for driving operational excellence across the services organization, ensuring efficient scalability, profitability, and high-quality customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead services forecasting and capacity planning to align resource supply with customer demand
  • Drive resource utilization and margin optimization, identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements

Required Qualifications
