Job Summary

A company is looking for a Professional Services Process & Quality Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define, maintain, and govern Professional Services standards and best practices for project execution
  • Lead project quality reviews and audits to assess adherence to standards and recommend corrective actions
  • Partner with delivery teams and stakeholders to support change management initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
Required Qualifications
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent professional experience in relevant fields
  • Minimum of 5+ years in Professional Services operations, process management, or related leadership roles
  • Experience in defining and governing delivery standards and processes
  • Proven ability to lead quality reviews and assess compliance
  • Strong background in process improvement and operational excellence
