Job Summary
A company is looking for a Professional Services Process & Quality Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Define, maintain, and govern Professional Services standards and best practices for project execution
- Lead project quality reviews and audits to assess adherence to standards and recommend corrective actions
- Partner with delivery teams and stakeholders to support change management initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
Required Qualifications
- BS/BA degree or equivalent professional experience in relevant fields
- Minimum of 5+ years in Professional Services operations, process management, or related leadership roles
- Experience in defining and governing delivery standards and processes
- Proven ability to lead quality reviews and assess compliance
- Strong background in process improvement and operational excellence
