Job Summary

Driving demand for professional services, the remote Services Solutions Advocate will partner with customers to shape tailored services engagements, lead consultative discovery, and manage the services sales cycle to achieve successful business outcomes across the United States.

Key responsibilities
  • Generate and influence professional services pipeline by identifying customer needs and shaping services opportunities
  • Lead consultative discovery to understand customer priorities and business objectives
  • Shape customer-specific services engagements by aligning business objectives with appropriate services approaches
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in professional services sales or consultative enterprise software sales
  • Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and closing complex opportunities
  • Experience leading discovery and engaging with business and technical stakeholders
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and navigate complex sales cycles
  • Understanding of Atlassian products and enterprise software solutions
