Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, leveraging knowledge of customer experience and user research
Required Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in consultative sales, solution consulting, or pre-sales roles, preferably in SaaS, CX, or UXR environments
  • Strong knowledge of customer experience and user research practices
  • Proven ability to translate customer needs into commercially viable service proposals
  • Commercial acumen with a strategic mindset
  • Familiarity with platforms and tools such as UserTesting, Qualtrics, or UserZoom is a bonus
