Job Summary

A company is looking for a Professional Services Sales Manager to oversee services-related activities throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Professional Services during the sales cycle, collaborating with the Subscription Sales team
  • Participate in pre-sales discussions, develop implementation estimates, and create Statements of Work (SOWs)
  • Ensure effective packaging of services offerings within subscription deals and support process improvement efforts
Required Qualifications
  • 8-12+ years of experience in Professional Services, Pre-Sales/Solution Consulting, or SaaS Implementation Scoping
  • Experience supporting subscription-based enterprise software sales teams and familiarity with legal operations technology
  • Proven ability to translate customer needs into structured services scope and contractual deliverables
  • Deep understanding of professional services commercial constructs, including SOW development and change control
  • Prior experience in legal tech or enterprise SaaS delivery is preferred
