Professional Services Solution Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Professional Services Solution Architect to create customized solutions for business customers using hosted UCaaS, CCaaS, and CPaaS solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with sales managers and reseller partners to scope professional services opportunities
• Create statements of work (SOWs) including cost estimates based on customer requirements
• Manage the deployment of services and solutions as specified in the SOW

Required Qualifications:

• Knowledge of web application architecture and technologies
• Experience with SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL databases
• Familiarity with Unified Communications, VOIP, and Contact Center technologies
• Experience in a consulting, sales engineering, or technical project management role in telecom or cloud services
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent industry certifications and experience
