Professional Services Solution Architect

Job Summary

Collaborating with sales teams and customers, the full-time remote Professional Services Solution Architect will create customized solutions by scoping project requirements and generating statements of work (SOW) to implement 8x8 products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales managers and reseller partners to scope professional services opportunities
• Collect project requirements from customers through remote interviews and create SOWs including cost estimates
• Work with development resources to implement customized solutions based on the SOW utilizing 8x8 products and APIs

Required qualifications

• Experience in PS consulting, sales engineering, or technical project management in telecom or cloud services
• Knowledge of web application architecture, databases (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL), and unified communications technologies
• Programming experience with PHP, Python, or .NET
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent industry certifications and experience
• 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles
