Job Summary

A company is looking for a Professional Services Solutions Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, deploy, and operationalize products in customer environments, including service mesh and gateway patterns
• Accelerate adoption with templates and automation, integrating with customer tooling standards and CI/CD workflows
• Troubleshoot multi-layer issues and develop operational routines and training for customers

Required Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes production operations and cloud-native delivery
• Experience implementing and operating service mesh and/or modern application gateways
• Customer-facing delivery experience in professional services or platform engineering
• Solid debugging skills and a structured troubleshooting methodology
