Job Summary

A company is looking for a Professional Services Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients with customizing their policy manual and bringing it online within specified timeframe
Review agency policies and procedures for alignment with Lexipol Master Policy Content
Manage projects, including setting timelines, coordinating tasks, and ensuring completion on time and within budget

Required Qualifications:

Experience working for a US based local public safety agency, specifically in writing and editing agency policy
Prior experience with Lexipol's online content delivery system
Ability to work autonomously in a remote work environment
Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, business administration, or a relevant field, or equivalent experience
Experience developing and managing complex, long-term projects
