Professional Services Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Professional Services Specialist with French language skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop responses to RFIs and RFPs, and create technical and commercial proposals
• Manage project plans for implementation, consulting, and integration projects with customers
• Provide consultations and maintain knowledge of the product line while managing customer support cases and incidents

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years in a Project Manager or Technical Account Manager role in a software or systems integration company
• 3+ years of technical experience in SaaS, IaaS, storage, hypervisors, backup, and disaster recovery
• Experience in IP network design/administration and DC/infrastructure design/operations
• Fluent written and spoken French and English
• Experience with Python scripting is an advantage
