Job Summary

Supporting program management and client requests, the full-time remote Program Account Coordinator will execute and maintain program-related projects, including websites and marketing initiatives, while collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and financial performance.

Key responsibilities
  • Assist in managing programs to meet outlined requirements and support special client requests
  • Coordinate tasks with shared services teams, including web ticket management and report formatting
  • Provide customer service support and assist in preparing content for program reviews
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred
  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Basic marketing and accounting knowledge
  • Ability to work productively under minimal supervision and manage time effectively
