Program Account Manager

Job Summary

Managing the online store component of assigned client programs, the full-time remote Program Account Manager will develop and execute sales strategies, ensure client satisfaction, and collaborate with internal teams to optimize operational efficiencies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic business plans in partnership with the Enterprise Business Manager and Account Manager
• Supervise the user experience of the online company store and ensure brand compliance across all merchandise
• Prepare and execute standard and client-specific reporting requirements to monitor program performance metrics

Required qualifications

• Associates or bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience
• Minimum five years of progressive online store account management experience in the branded and promotional merchandise sector
• Proven work experience in an online store or corporate programs support role
• Strong operational and project management skills
• Working knowledge of online store platforms and features
