Job Summary

A company is looking for a Special Projects Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and management for special projects under Title I of the Workforce Investment and Opportunity Act (WIOA)
• Facilitate strategic planning and integrate program components into the workforce development system
• Oversee all phases of assigned projects, including stakeholder engagement, design, implementation, and follow-up

Required Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge of workforce systems and employer engagement strategies
• Experience in program design and performance tracking
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
• Experience in advanced pharmaceutical manufacturing or targeted key industry sectors is preferred
• Familiarity with public-private partnerships and grant-funded workforce programs
