Job Summary
Managing the operational hub of the Glac Experience Center (GEC) network, the full-time Program Administrator will coordinate customer demo requests, oversee scheduling and reporting, and support program governance while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate demo requests and manage scheduling for GEC sites, ensuring effective communication between prospects and locations
- Maintain usage tracking and reporting, compiling data on demo performance and identifying trends for quarterly reviews
- Act as the primary contact for GEC sites, supporting onboarding, relationship management, and the dissemination of educational materials
Required qualifications
- BA or BS degree in business administration, management, marketing, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in program coordination, customer success operations, or a related operational role
- Experience supporting KOL, advocacy, or peer-reference programs, preferably in the medical aesthetics field
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time-sensitive requests across multiple stakeholders
- Familiarity with CRM systems, e-commerce lead-routing, and online scheduling platforms
