Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Administrator, Infrastructure Solutions who will support project management and sales order management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up project management systems and ensure data accuracy with manufacturing progress
  • Support the Program Manager in preparing project reports and tracking financial KPIs
  • Coordinate project meetings and manage project records for effective communication and planning
Required Qualifications
  • 5 - 7 years of experience in project, manufacturing, or construction management
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or project management
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint
  • Proficient in ERP and/or CRM systems; knowledge of Smartsheet and PowerBI is a bonus
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and coordinate work effectively with others
