Job Summary
A company is looking for a Program Administrator, Infrastructure Solutions who will support project management and sales order management.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up project management systems and ensure data accuracy with manufacturing progress
- Support the Program Manager in preparing project reports and tracking financial KPIs
- Coordinate project meetings and manage project records for effective communication and planning
Required Qualifications
- 5 - 7 years of experience in project, manufacturing, or construction management
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or project management
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint
- Proficient in ERP and/or CRM systems; knowledge of Smartsheet and PowerBI is a bonus
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and coordinate work effectively with others
