Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Administrator to assist with operational requirements of global customer engagements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and coordinate operational requirements for specific accounts, ensuring adherence to customer standards and regulations
  • Generate and review invoices, monitor profitability, and assist with financial reporting for assigned accounts
  • Support Program Managers in creating processes, maintaining customer information, and facilitating customer satisfaction feedback
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • College degree, trade school, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 4 years in operations, field service, or project management
  • Diploma or certificate in Business Administration or related field
  • Strong financial knowledge and understanding of accounts receivable/payable
  • Experience with contract administration is preferred
