Job Summary
Program Administrator is a full-time, hourly position responsible for opening and monitoring work orders, analyzing complex problems, and providing solutions while collaborating with local offices.
Key Responsibilities
- Open and monitor work orders, providing direction based on customer requirements
- Analyze complex problems and deliver solutions, considering broader implications
- Generate and review invoices for services, ensuring timely submission for payment
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 months relevant experience
- Preferred experience in electronic, fire alarm & life safety, building automation, or healthcare industries
- Must have or be able to obtain applicable state and/or local industry licenses as required by state law
