Job Summary

Program Administrator is a full-time, hourly position responsible for opening and monitoring work orders, analyzing complex problems, and providing solutions while collaborating with local offices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Open and monitor work orders, providing direction based on customer requirements
  • Analyze complex problems and deliver solutions, considering broader implications
  • Generate and review invoices for services, ensuring timely submission for payment
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 3 months relevant experience
  • Preferred experience in electronic, fire alarm & life safety, building automation, or healthcare industries
  • Must have or be able to obtain applicable state and/or local industry licenses as required by state law
