Job Summary

To support the Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) Program in Atlanta, the full-time Program Administrator will oversee operations, manage clinical education databases, and coordinate student clinical placements while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborates with program leadership to develop and implement clinical education strategies and goals
• Manages data systems related to student placements, compliance documentation, and accreditation reporting
• Coordinates logistical planning for clinical skills lab immersions and program events to ensure effective delivery

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and experience with office equipment
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
• Proficiency in developing databases and documents using contemporary software applications
