Job Summary
Providing clinical, operational, and administrative support, the full-time Program Administrator for Cancer Services will assist older patients and their caregivers with navigation and services at the Center for Cancer and Aging, both onsite in Boston and remotely for up to one day per week.
Key responsibilities
- Manage patient navigation by screening reports, reviewing medical records, and conducting geriatric assessments
- Coordinate patient-facing group programming and communications, ensuring adherence to best practices and objectives
- Support program meetings and initiatives, including preparing agendas, tracking action items, and maintaining program databases
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- At least 3 years of experience in a medical or scientific research setting or a comparable technology-oriented environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, Zoom, and Adobe
- Strong understanding of trends and issues relevant to geriatric oncology
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple tasks effectively
