Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Administrator Financial Vertical Premium Service Center.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Open and monitor work orders, provide direction on solutions based on customer requirements
  • Analyze complex problems and deliver solutions, monitor profitability for assigned accounts
  • Produce financial and performance reports, assist in process improvement for delivery and profitability

Required Qualifications:
  • High School/GED or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 months relevant experience
  • Preferred experience in electronic, fire alarm & life safety, building automation, or healthcare industries
  • Ability to obtain applicable state and/or local required industry licenses
