Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Administrator Financial Vertical Premium Service Center.

Key Responsibilities:

Open and monitor work orders, provide direction on solutions based on customer requirements
Analyze complex problems and deliver solutions, monitor profitability for assigned accounts
Produce financial and performance reports, assist in process improvement for delivery and profitability

Required Qualifications:

High School/GED or equivalent experience
Minimum 3 months relevant experience
Preferred experience in electronic, fire alarm & life safety, building automation, or healthcare industries
Ability to obtain applicable state and/or local required industry licenses
