Job Summary
A company is looking for a Program Administrator for their Premium Service Center.
Key Responsibilities:
- Open and monitor work orders, provide solutions based on customer requirements
- Analyze complex problems and deliver solutions, monitor profitability, and produce financial reports
- Assist in creating and implementing processes to improve delivery and profitability
Required Qualifications:
- High School/GED or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 months relevant experience
- Experience in electronic, fire alarm & life safety, building automation, and/or healthcare industries preferred
- Ability to obtain applicable state and/or local required industry licenses
