Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Open and monitor work orders while collaborating with local offices for updates and resolutions
- Analyze complex problems and deliver solutions, considering wider implications
- Generate and review invoices for services and monitor profitability related to assigned accounts
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 months relevant experience
- Preferred experience in electronic, fire alarm & life safety, building automation, and/or healthcare industries
- Ability to obtain applicable state and/or local required industry licenses
