Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Administrator Premium Service Center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Open and monitor work orders while collaborating with local offices for updates and resolutions
  • Analyze complex problems and deliver solutions, considering wider implications
  • Generate and review invoices for services and monitor profitability related to assigned accounts
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma/GED or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 3 months relevant experience
  • Preferred experience in electronic, fire alarm & life safety, building automation, and/or healthcare industries
  • Ability to obtain applicable state and/or local required industry licenses
