Job Summary

To enhance client engagement, the full-time salaried Program Adoption Manager will focus on onboarding new clients, driving product adoption, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard new clients and guide them through the adoption process of the product
• Monitor client usage and satisfaction to identify opportunities for improvement and additional training
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and enhance the product experience
