Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Analyst, Medical Education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Audit program-related spend to ensure accuracy in documentation and database entries
• Upload and manage program documentation on the shared drive and database
• Process speaker honoraria and expense payments while adhering to compliance guidelines

Required Qualifications:

• Associate degree or equivalent education and work experience preferred
• Practical knowledge of basic bookkeeping/accounting
• Strong understanding of Pharma Guidelines and Sunshine Act
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Able to organize, plan, and prioritize work in a deadline-driven environment
