Program Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Analyst to support federal financial management initiatives using Momentum Financials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the continuous update of the Program Management Plan (PMP) and ensure alignment with external oversight expectations
• Align SAFe ceremonies and tools to ensure consistent delivery across overlapping deployment waves
• Prepare meeting materials, facilitate program meetings, and translate technical data into decision-ready dashboards

Required Qualifications:

• 4 years of program management support for federal IT or ERP implementations
• 4-year degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
• Self-starter with the ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines
• Experience interacting with senior level management and clients
