Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Analyst, Journeyman to provide coordination and support for AUKUS related activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day activities across the AUKUS program, ensuring timely task execution
• Track actions, deliverables, and milestones to maintain progress visibility and identify gaps
• Prepare updates and reports synthesizing status, key issues, and risks for leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field
• 5-10 years of experience in program coordination or management support
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex schedules and track deliverables
• Experience in supporting fast-moving, multi-stakeholder initiatives
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate documentation
