Program Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Analyst to support the delivery of energy efficiency programs through data management and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the energy efficiency savings and incentive budget forecasting tool
• Analyze complex program data and provide actionable insights to support program and client needs
• Produce accurate reports and build analytical and data management tools

Required Qualifications

• 4-5 years of relevant experience in data analysis or program support
• Strong data analysis skills with the ability to explain results
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables)
• Experience managing forecasting tools
• Bachelor's degree preferred
