Job Summary
Providing program support to the NOAA Science Advisory Board, the full-time Program Analyst will develop briefing packages, coordinate meetings, and assist with logistics and documentation while working remotely or onsite in Maryland or Virginia.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop briefing packages for SAB and OAR meetings, including subject matter research
- Coordinate councils and their subcommittees, supporting meeting planning and task completion
- Provide logistical support for meetings, including editing and distributing minutes and reports
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in a related field; Bachelor's degree in environmental or related sciences preferred
- At least 6 years of experience in the field or a related area
- Previous NOAA experience with a strong understanding of NOAA systems and programs
- Proficiency in MS Office and G-Suite
- Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain a Public Trust clearance
