Program Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs, the full-time remote Program Analyst will manage Intake activities, coordinate program operations, and ensure alignment between technical teams and business customers.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in monitoring and responding to Intake inquiries from current and prospective customers
- Support scheduling Intake sessions and coordinating logistics with the Intake Team and customer staff
- Manage Intake documentation and maintain internal knowledge repositories
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Healthcare, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience supporting federal healthcare IT or program management initiatives
- Strong understanding of healthcare data domains and middleware architecture
- Proficiency with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Jira, and other collaboration tools
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Government/Public Trust clearance
