Program Analyst (California)

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Analyst to support the Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR)/Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) Program at Navy Warfare Center facilities in San Diego, CA.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with TPOCs, Program Offices, and Technology Managers to develop technology development topics
• Assist in project administration and identify promising transition opportunities from Phase II companies
• Provide technology transition/commercialization services and serve as an advocate for SBIR/STTR efforts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 2 years of experience with DoD Programs
• Strong experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with Office 365, SharePoint, and website content management systems preferred
• Ability to work independently and exercise discretion in significant matters
• Must have an active Secret Clearance
