Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Analyst - Federal Healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact and day-to-day engagement lead
• Develop and submit Monthly Progress Reports covering task status and findings
• Conduct organization studies and gap analyses to assess operational states

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Administration, Business, or related field
• Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance - U.S. Citizenship required
• 4+ years of experience in management analysis or organizational assessment
• Experience supporting workforce planning for the VA or a comparable federal healthcare environment
• Experience conducting current state evaluations and gap analyses for federal healthcare programs
