Program Analyst II
Job Summary
Providing administrative and programmatic support for the Medical Product Safety Branch, the remote Program Analyst II will manage documentation, travel coordination, and project assistance related to blood, organ, and tissue safety while participating in CDC response activities.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain documents/files, schedule meetings, and manage supply/equipment orders for the Medical Product Safety Branch
- Prepare and process staff travel documents and coordinate with the conference team for travel approvals
- Support branch teams on projects related to safety and participate in CDC response activities under direction
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Health Administration, Communications, or a related field
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in program analysis, public health, healthcare, research, or a related field
- Experience with government procedures and guidelines
- Ability to obtain and maintain CDC Public Trust Clearance
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe and Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook)
